Intellectual Property Summer Institute Franklin Pierce Law Center's Intellectual Property Summer Institute, established in 1987, is the most comprehensive academic summer program in intellectual property law and licensing (technology transfer) in the United States. IPSI brings together scholars, practitioners, government officials and students in a single forum. Courses are intensive, yet the atmosphere remains informal.
