Drafting a Copyright Complaint

Hi, i'm an atty in Alabama.  I have NEVER done any type of copyrght law AT ALL.  My boss has asked me to draft a complaint on behalf of a musician who recently found out that a company out of Europe has made CDs of his music and sold same w/out notifying him or paying any royalties.  
 
Does anyone have a sample complaint that they would e mail me for some guidance?
 
Any other suggestions on where to find some guidance on this matter are greatly appreciated.

You can also hop on Westlaw, find a fairly recent case that is on point, and then pull the complaint from PACER.
