We are looking for some standard "boiler plate" Non-Disclosure Agreements (preferably in MS Word format) which we would like to modify and adopt into our daily business.

We are a multimedia production company in Los Angeles, California and frequently come in contact with independent contractors with which we would like to establish NDAs.
